Rick Seibert

Site Manager, Hennepin & Hopper Lakes

Rick Seibert is a native of the Hennepin area, growing up on stories from his grandfather, Ivan Seibert, who fished Sawmill Lake , northeast of Henry, Illinois , in the 1930s. Prior to TWI's restoration at Hennepin & Hopper, Mr. Seibert was pumping manager for the Hennepin Drainiage and Levee District, the entity that pumped the site dry for 80 years to make way for corn and soybean production.
