Observation Tower

Constructed in 2003 with funding from the Daniel F. and Ada L. Rice Foundation, the Observation Tower at Hennepin & Hopper is dedicated to Arthur A. Nolan, Jr., a long-time conservationist. Hardly a day goes by when a visitor to the site doesn’t climb to the top of the 30-foot high tower and look out over the restored landscape.
