Join us on Thursday, October 22nd, at the Dixon Waterfowl Refuge! Volunteers will join TWI staff indoors to clean and sort native seeds that will be replanted at the Refuge. This easy, family-friendly activity is a great way to be a part of the ongoing restoration and management of this globally recognized Ramsar Wetland of International Importance and its diverse native habitats.

No experience is needed. All abilities welcome. Children 16 years or younger must be accompanied by a parent or other chaperone. Wear closed-toed shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting dusty. Layers are a good idea for an October evening as well. Bring a water bottle and we’ll supply the tools needed to process seeds.
